This can be a valuable learning experience, especially for those seeking career development. Working in an environment with misguided strategies and subpar results can provide valuable experience in problem-solving and adapting to challenging circumstances.

Desventajas

In my experience working at DriveShops, the Agency Services management team appeared highly unqualified and lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise in digital marketing. Their decisions and strategies often seemed misguided and ineffective, leading to subpar results for the company's digital marketing efforts. The lack of guidance from leadership was a constant source of frustration and discontent. As a former employee, it was sad to witness how the administration or management within the company consistently failed to provide clear direction and adequate support to the employees. It was evident that the company's offerings were far from meeting industry standards. The products or services provided by the company consistently fell short of what one would expect from competitors in the industry. This lack of competitiveness affected the company's reputation and made it challenging to attract and retain customers. From my perspective, the need for more effective leadership and guidance was of the utmost importance during my time at the company. It wasn't only necessary to enhance productivity and performance but also to improve the overall job satisfaction and well-being of the employees who made up the organization's backbone. The management's lack of empathy for the employees further emphasized the urgent need for change in the company's leadership and direction.

Ventajas

Have been working with this company since 1997 as a client and an employee since 2007. The culture of care toward clients and employees is beyond words. This company changes lives. That is said in a lot of places but it starts from the core values from the CEO throughout the whole staff. I feel privileged to be a part of this team.

Desventajas

There are no cons that I have run across.

Ventajas

Offered very competitive salary, remote work, very encouraging/affirmational atmosphere.

Desventajas

Dishonest / cagey employee feedback. Feedback does not match employer's actions. Refers to new company goals as "games," which is weird. Lies about preferences, employee performance ratings. Dangles carrots galore but no follow-though. Too many meetings. Initiative, contribution, communication, speed of project completion loudly & constantly celebrated, then listed as reasons for termination?? Management is not all on the same page internally. Company is trying to grow too fast and is subsequently disorganized and chasing its tail. Since most employees don't come from automotive background, company lacks established authority to provide guidance & advice, let alone for $35,000/membership. Trying to CREATE a niche/need where there hasn't been one, and fit square pegs into round holes. Can't conduct all business solely via zoom & phone. Not much room for promotion or advancement. Employee dissatisfaction with confusing, haphazard, incomplete product roll-outs.
