Ventajas

The people are what makes DV a better place to work. Most are helpful, kind, and laid back. Hybrid schedule is okay/fairly flexible depending on the team you’re on. Stock grant, 600/year wellness stipend (covers anything from workout clothes and shoes, getting hair and nails done or workout classes and gym memberships, $500 one time WFH stipend, can expense phone bill (max $75 i believe). Food in office make it more enjoyable to be there when you have to.

Desventajas

Lack of diversity across teams and in leadership. Can be hard to move around internally. The company is very vocal about supporting Israel (was founded there, so makes sense, I guess). Growing, so everything is always changing. I have been with the company for a little over a year and I think they have done 2-3 reorgs. (No layoffs, just restructuring teams and moving things around). Salary’s are on the lower end. You NEED to advocate for yourself and negotiate. (Recently changed from 2 review cycles to 1. You are not able to negotiate pay if you haven’t worked at the company for more than a year) I don’t think it’s necessary to have beer on tap or a wine fridge, or alcohol in any of the refrigerators. most activities are centered around drinking.
