It is apparent that leadership is in way over their heads. They are still running the company as if they were 20 instead of 100 employees and their immaturity really shows.
Bullying and harassment by legacy employees is tolerated. New employees are never believed. The CEO and CFO expect unquestioning loyalty. If you disagree, you are marginalized.
There are still some very smart people that work there, but many are leaving because they are disturbed by how those who have been bullied and harassed have been treated. Accusers are retaliated against. Company rules change on a whim to either support or punish who ever the C-suite wants. Leadership is blind to their problems and how to even begin to solve them.
