      Ventajas

      Overall a great workplace experience. Management always look out for employees best interest and are decent people you can have a chat with at any time. There is a mix of international and local colleagues in the Germering office, and this gives the office a good vibe. Good benefits and work life balance. I've been at the company for a long time and still see myself working there for a long time in the future.

      Desventajas

      Not much to complain about. There is of course always room for improvement. If issues do pop up you can easily discuss it with your direct manager or even senior managament without problems so that issues can be dealt with in an honest, fair, humane and timely manner.

      Ventajas

      Coming to work here at DocuWare they are passionate about the values and culture they bring every day. I love getting to work and connect with so many teams all over. I found that no matter the title, everyone supports fellow team members here. They make it a place to enjoy working at and being a part of a great company.

      Desventajas

      No negative to share. We work hard and we come together when it matters.
