Hi, I am sorry that you had a negative experience at Doctify. I wanted to address a couple of points you raised directly. I don't know when you worked at Doctify and are aware that we had changes in the leadership just before the summer. Let me elaborate on a few points mentioned by you and I hope you feel that they are adressed now. We recently held a 'dragon's den' type of competition where Doctifiers presented their business ideas. The external judges selected the best ones and we are curretly working in implementing the best ideas in our regular processes. We implemented a bi-weekly Town Hall meetings where employees have the opportunity to ask questions anonymously as well as an open floor Q&A session to ask the leadership team whatever they like. We also started a monthly 'All hands meeting' where teams update each other about their progress. We try to encourage an open conversation during that meeting.
