Dishonest and unprofessional management. During the transition to being owned by Mirantis, 3rd Quarter bonuses were stolen while exiting executives were given severance and preferred stock options. Everyone else was given 48hrs to sign an offer letter from Mirantis with terms that did not match what was agreed upon by Docker and the bonus that was earned in the 3rd quarter while working for Docker were forfeited for no reason. Straight up thievery!
