Ventajas
- Good culture in the development department and in general. - Possibility to work fully remote from anywhere. - The main product is very interesting, challenging projects with advanced features.
Desventajas
- Though rather well-maintained, the 20 years old code base is sometimes hard to get into. The product it huge and complexity is really high. - The time allotted to technical/architectural/quality improvements vs new features is not always sufficient to keep the code up with the latest developments in technology and to do all the improvements we wish for as developers.
