Ventajas
I worked at this company for over 2 years; my manager was a supportive mentor, my team was full of lots of hard working and awesome people. You get what you put into it, that is one thing that is for sure. You can definitely be a worker bee, and that is fine, or you can go above and beyond and are praised and rewarded for it (in most cases). I felt empowered by my management team, and was trusted to make educated decisions for my team without much micro management. Tons of fun company activities and team building. Loved the office; snacks, beer, lots of light! It was like a large family; everyone knows everyone. Tons of room for growth and learning!
Desventajas
It maybe would have helped to have more structured training programs, though they did often offer to pay for higher education or classes if it pertained to your job (at least in the department I was in). Honestly, my only complaint would be the salary, which is the reason I left.
