      Desventajas

      All are fake reviews , given by company . Don't join company. Minimum 12 hours working, Managements directly call on mid nights and weekends also. Management behaves very rudely. It's basic service based company. no career growth No Salary hike. Company bid in upwork to get the projects . No proper/regular clients. Company can fire any time without reason

      Supportive work environment: Team members are friendly and always willing to help, making it a positive and collaborative atmosphere. Work-life balance: flexible work hours and remote options provide a good balance between personal and professional life.

      Desventajas

      Frequent project transitions: After returning from maternity leave, i experienced being transitioned between projects twice without clear communication or explanation, which led to some uncertainty and lack of clarity around my role.
