Ventajas

Well, I guess I'll say health benefits since that the carrot they dangle. Truth is, you'll need the benefits because your health will fade drastically working there. Honestly for what they remove from your check, the benefits aren't that great and no amount of benefits will replace your mind and soul. The custodians are the happiest employees overall, and that should speak volumes as to the way employees are treated.

Desventajas

Nepotism from the top down. If you move here as an outsider do not expect to move up. That place is 💯 who you know and based on your last name. 90% of supervisors do not deserve the job, no degrees or experience to speak of, they get the job based on who they know. Raises are "performance based", yet they drop any calculating algorithm that would be used to rate performance. I did 5-8 times the amount of work as fellow employees yet we all got the same weak .25 an hour raise. Doesn't even cover cost of living increases. There are employees wearing wires/recording devices, because they feel it will assist them in catching Supervisors in a lie. Problem is, no one in management cares. HR overall is a joke, do not expect fair or humane treatment from them. Racism is heavily in play there also. It's sad

Ventajas

Great team and awesome supervisor, flexible hours. The people I work with day to day are the best

Desventajas

The company seems to be cutting costs at employees' expense. Poor pay, minimal pay increases as cost of living continues to rise, poor leadership, no opportunities to grow and benefits have significantly decreased over the last couple years making it less appealing to stay long term.
