Ventajas

-Able to get benefits after working for some time -Schedule can become flexible (again if you have worked there for some time) -Friendly Area Chefs

Desventajas

-There is a ton of favoritism and lack of professionalism when it comes to upper management. -They take advantage of you and your work time, then get upset if you worked over your scheduled times. -Disorganized (to an extent)
