Ventajas
DialogTech is truly one of the greatest companies to work for in the city of Chicago. Hands down, it's the people and culture here that make it such a great place to work. My boss gives me a lot of freedom in my day-to-day activities, I don't get micromanaged, and the company promotes you to speak up if you have any issues or new ideas.
The company itself has grown tremendously since I have been here, which is a really cool aspect to be a part of. If you want to work for a company with a lot of growth potential (revenue and head count with opportunities for promotions), DT is the place.
I have made a ton of great friends here, too, who I hang out with outside of the office. Working in a collaborative culture, where your colleagues are your friends, makes coming into work every day that much more enjoyable.
Desventajas
Sales management likes to change things at least once a quarter, which can be a bit irritating to try to keep up with. Another "con" is that a lot of the internal office activities are geared toward the men that work here. It would be nice to see more feminine related activities or gender neutral activities happening to promote our culture to a heightened level.
