Flexibility with school schedules and work from home opportunities

Desventajas

There are no pay raises unless you are promoted or transferred to a new project, hostile work environment, demanding and disrespectful management, poor work ethic is celebrated, changes company handbook regulations without notice, and once scheduled to work weekend you will never be able to change your schedule
