Need better cross functional teams, problems should be resolved between team members and should not always be elevated to management.

Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding
