Ventajas

Buena a nivel producto/compañía. Oportunidad de aprendizaje

Desventajas

La calidad de las personas que forman DevRev. El ambiente en la oficina es intolerable. Hay conflictos constantes entre empleados y no hacen nada al respecto. Situaciones de bullying entre empleados, gritos y ruidos constantes. El ambiente es comparable al estar en un secundario.

From our conversations with the SDR leads, the perspective shared here doesn’t seem to fully reflect the team’s current experience. That said, feedback like this is always important to us, and we’ll continue listening and learning to make sure everyone feels comfortable sharing their thoughts internally.

You’ll be surrounded by knowledgable, tenured coworkers, so you’ll have real room to grow and develop your career. People are generous with their time, invested in your success, and easy to reach when you need anything from a quick answer to a deeper walkthrough. The role offers considerable autonomy, so feeling comfortable with taking initiative is key.

Ventajas

DevRev does have a nice and what should be a relevant product.

Desventajas

The company suffers from focus. They are trying to figure what the wedge is that gets funnel moving. The company needs a strong head of marketing, a strong head of product marketing and a strong global sales officer to take a strong and consistent message forward. The company moves a little slow for the AI space. Sales gets frustrated with constant movement in messaging.
