Ventajas

Have a very family oriented business. All the employees work well together. Casual dress is nice and pay is very good, especially for customer service. I don't know of another company that comps their reps for taking orders along with great hourly pay. Loved the atmosphere & the people. If I had the opportunity to go back there I definitely would!!

Desventajas

Have to work some Saturdays, but only half a day

Ventajas

Casual dress, decent compensation. That is all.

Desventajas

Overworked, under appreciated. Unrealistic goals and expectations. Upper management is an inner circle and no matter how much the lead to you trust them, they will stab you in the back. Extremely high turnover rate. Joke of a commission rate (.5% on profit of parts sold). Most off all their "American Made" parts are made in Mexico or China.
