Work environment is very friendly and enthusiastic, Puts in a lot of effort for employee training and professional growth. Engages the new hires effectively to make them feel situated. Good pay and benefits compared to similar firms across the industry. Highly recommend for anyone eager to learn and grow in AEC and lead the industry. Leadership team is very progressive and encouraging.

Could have more competitive benefits and employer-match rates. Not the most forward-thinking/innovative in design work except for a few projects.
