Ventajas

I feel this is a good company to work for. People are great, atmosphere is great, great management. Opportunity for growth is another plus. Even the training I find to be awesome as the support is great!

Desventajas

not a lot of opportunity in making more money. I feel more opportunity to make more is a great motivation than just collecting a paycheck. Health Insurance is not the greatest-sucks actually, but guess better than no health insurance options, My biggest complaint would be how some of the Franchise Owners treat us sales and account management. We are a great team...very good employees in sales and customer service, we are doing the best we can to benefit our territories clients...we work for the F/O not to be treated as an incompetent secretary, and although more F/O don't treat us as such, many still do.

Ventajas

The people I work with are absolutely fantastic. There is a close knit environment that kindles professional friendships and a comfortable place for questions and immediate help. Showing your ability to perform your job will bring you great incentives and you will grow with the company. Also, great pay & benefits .

Ventajas

If your hoping to make good money ,USP sales would be a great department for you. Lots of growth potential.

Desventajas

Boosting the morale on the floor wouldn't hurt . We know how hard it is to sell the USP Plan and those who are selling it are to be highly commended and appreciated. It is a very hard task. On that note, it would be nice to take some time to recognize and celebrate accomplishments throughout the whole department, not only for the USP sales . Inbound account managers and all Sales reps have to face challenges, hang-ups, rude and irate customers each and every day. So please take the time to show a bit more appreciation. Remember... any inbound and outbound call is a representation of our company. We have to hold our tongue , and let them see us smile over the phone and give the best service always.
