There aren't really any pros except if you're trained and scheduled at Motor vehicles, or social service building because if interested in staying in the industry you can connect with many professionals that prove to be beneficial.
Desventajas
No benefits package, no direct deposit, schedule is not certain unless you're a favorite by the owner. Superior will not respond to your inquiries if it doesn't seem like a priority. Superior will discuss matters of one officer with another officer, which is unprofessional.
