Ventajas

Super buen salario, buenos bonos. Las personas que conformaban mi equipo eran muy chidas.

Desventajas

Cambios constantes, no había un equipo de dirección claro. Carga de trabajo exagerada. Despidos frecuentes sin previo aviso a muchas personas.

You get a glimpse of the startup world. It might feel eye opening at first if you have never experience it before.

Desventajas

- The workload is absurdly heavy. - Decisions are pushed through without any discussion. - It creates constant disorder, severe conflict, and relentless exhaustion. - You are suddenly forced to carry the work of three people because leadership decided change was necessary. - There is little effort to build a structure that actually keeps clients. - It is already hurting results and will keep doing so long term if nothing changes. - As an employee, you push yourself to stay and keep clients satisfied. - Eventually, the workload outweighs the pay. - That is the point walk away. - That is exactly what I did.
