Ventajas
* There are some workplaces (not many, I hope) even worse than Deacro. * Generally good co-operation and even solidarity between employees. * Davis-Standard bought Deacro, so there are chances to see some favourable changes (actually, there are some improvements already) * A perfect workplace to recommend to your ennemies!
Desventajas
* A workplace where the initiative is penalized. * Bullying and constant pressure on employees. * Impossible to be promoted, unless... read the next bullet please. * Delation is encouraged and rewarded. * Micromanagement and even nanomanagement. * The employee is a number, a robot or anything else than a human being. * Own tools. * The worst workplace I have ever worked in my life!
