Ventajas
A pool table. (That nobody has/will ever use) Free coffee. It's always dead quiet... (Just in case you like that sort of thing) Access to a parking garage. Given a Microsoft Surface to use.
Desventajas
Its always dead quiet, and communication is limited to work related topics. Nobody will go out of the way to get to know you. The people that know the answer to your questions tell you to ask the people that don't. (Which you have typically already asked.) Lackluster to non-existent training program. Desperation to have new employees billing hours to clients. New hire expectations are set too high. Management is clueless, expects 100% understanding of multiple software platforms after one month of exposure. There is no defined culture or organizational goals other than "Make more money?" No clear development platform, they use some Frankenstein SDLC concept that makes little sense for a software company. They should focus less on Waterfall and more on Scrum or other Agile methods You will be paid the bare minimum and worked like you make double. Management holds closed door meetings and communicates little to employees. Bad moods run rampant. Turnover in BA position still exceeds 75% and are unwilling to accept that its a business failure not a talent failure. There is not a BA there that has been there longer than a year... My advice to potential interviewees, don't even apply...
