Ventajas

Great team work environment, lots of team support, great benefits. When you do finally get a raise it is a high percentage (because you have not had one before). They will pay for you to get additional education/tests but be ready to study on your own instead of taking a class. If you fail, you will need to pay for the class after the fact to make up for it.

Desventajas

VERY LITTLE PAY FOR THE WORK YOU PUT IN, NO REVIEWS UNLESS YOU ASK OR PRESSURE MANAGEMENT FOR A REVIEW, little room to move up, heavy pressure, long hours for little compensation.

Desventajas

Terrible place to work if you are a creative looking for a position in the marketing department. They're super heavy into AI usage to the point where the leadership has no clue how to even go on without using it 24/7. Every direction given is the most general nothing when given notes or critique as it just leaves you confused on where to even proceed. In my time working there, I produced multiple designs and went through countless revisions. When I did finally get some sort of guidance, it would immediately swing in the opposite direction, wasting a lot of time and energy despite me delivering exactly what was asked for. After I was let go, I learned and seen that they had took my original designs and ran them through AI to create cheap, low quality knockoff versions instead of using the work I had already completed for them. If you’re a creative considering applying here, I’d strongly advise against it. The constant lack of direction, the indecisiveness, and their heavy reliance on AI over actual creative skill make it an incredibly frustrating place to work.
