I’d recommend viewing older reviews with caution, as the environment has become highly unstable due to ongoing financial challenges and missed goals. Layoffs are now happening almost every quarter, and the young, less experienced leadership team often makes promises that aren’t kept. While frequent changes are normal for a startup, the financial strain has led to a cutthroat atmosphere, where departments often shift blame to protect themselves. Many employees are understandably overworked, and with continued layoffs, overtime has become the norm. I strongly advise against taking a job at Datasembly.
