Ventajas

It's not at all good. The fruit was good, an initiative that lasted for 2 weeks, then the founder cut the budget for this initiative.

Desventajas

The founders and management lack empathy and knowledge. They are not a company that holds values. I was fired, and my boss wasn't able to face me to deliver the news. Moreover, the company was founded by a privileged individual, as they have mining contacts to carry out their subpar software. Additionally, they engage in practices sanctioned by Chilean labor regulations, which require a certain percentage of their workforce to be Chilean. Here, they hire foreign individuals and pay them poorly to exploit them, only to let them go without prior notice. If you want to save yourself from a bad experience, don't apply.

Ventajas

Great work environment for anyone passionate about software & the mining industry. Great staff to work with. Love my job, opportunity to travel, etc.

Desventajas

Pretty standard pay and benefits. Pay could be better (more competitive), & health insurance could be cheaper.

They buy a lot of small companies and don't scale and assign new headcounts and the result is the team time and responsibilities are stretched into multiple companies with different cultures and processes Lack of process and prioritization Lack of transparency and poor communication from the senior leadership There is no performance review, career progression, and salaries are average or bellow average There is no HR team and issues between team members are not addressed, so the atmosphere at work can be heavy Very often unqualified people or those with no experience in a specific field are promoted to roles with senior titles Turn-over high
