      Ventajas

      Your career and job satisfaction is in your hands. You'll have lots of latitude to not only get the job done, but also to be creative in how you do it. There's unlimited potential for growth. It's fast-moving and never dull. You get to work with some of the top brands in the industry, which in itself can be extremely rewarding.

      Desventajas

      Sometimes, the fast-pace can get a little tiring. There's not often a chance to slow down or learn from mistakes.

      Ventajas

      Position allows you to very quickly get extensive Python experience. Work within wide variety of different environments and projects. Introduction to DevOps/Automation which is a hot job market. Huge exposure to Open Source community. Learn to quickly build and turn over Proof of Concepts. Allows room to grow. Fairly self driven allowing you to set a lot of your own priorities. Flexible hours, laid back environment.

      Desventajas

      Being self-driven, there can be periods where it is hard to find direction. Some projects hit roadblocks and become hard to drive forward. You'll be following behind me... so you have big shoes to fill (/flex).

      Ventajas

      Flexibility, Ownership, if you do your job, they pretty much leave you alone. Leave time is OK, people are usually respectful.

      Desventajas

      Extremely High stress environment. Leadership oversells to customers with out the resources to back it up. No respect for personal life balance. They will take from you as much as they can without a thank you or any appreciation.
