The company is well positioned in a very interesting niche: automotive and data. There are plenty opportunities to try new things and to learn. People who love challenges will be excited: automatisation of the processes is on the way, software implementation projects, new product launches. Management is very hands off and open and supportive to new ideas and suggestions. During the time of change a high level of self-initiative is expected and is highly appreciated, also financially. In order to align company's and employee's goals a new system of goal setting was implemented. This should give more direction and focus. The working atmosphere is very pleasant, communication among the colleagues is always respectful, sometimes it is even too nice so that employees effectively do not receive negative feedback. Many colleagues forge strong friendships at work and hang-out together in afterhours. A very diverse and international environment. Team events and company celebrations take place multiple times a year. The office is located centrally and is nice, modern hard and software. Home office is allowed, great place for working parents and those seeking work and life balance.
Desventajas
The management has realised the need for a reorganisation and separating product from operations. This reorganisation was needed and is still painful. Clear directions are not always there and it is sometimes difficult to find one's way.
