Ventajas
Friendly, helpful, motivated and hard-working colleagues. Lots of very kind and generous team members from different countries and cultures, making Datacolor a very enjoyable and interesting place to work. Everyone is always willing to offer help or even just have a laugh and a catch up via Teams video calls. The company also clearly cares a lot for it's emplpyees with numerous team building exercises and social / remote activities on offer.
Desventajas
Not able to see colleagues face-to-face as often as I'd like, but I guess that's part and parcel of working remotely across the continent. Quartely team meetings and meet-ups would be ideal but appreciate the cost implications of these! Extremely enjoyable when we are all able to meet up as a team at one of the European offices and both work and socialise together.
