There is zero opportunity to grow if you don’t live in Alpharetta. There is nepotism in how they higher managers. Often times FRS managers do not live in their territories and have zero idea how to schedule staff in the field. There’s little interest in hiring someone who’s spent their career in the field to lead their respective territories. The pay is laughable and the way they give raises is a spit in the face. 40-47k annually and I’ve been here for a decade. The way they do our reviews is incentive based and basically makes sure you get the bare minimum on a percentage pay out annually. That pay out never equals inflation so realistically you’ve never gotten a raise. When asking managers about how to maximize this they never give you information to do so. They’ve all but eliminated any opportunity for overtime so you’re only getting your base pay. No one in the country can survive on 2400 dollars a month. Datascan honestly doesn’t care about its workers anymore.
