Good rec/lunch room Lots of customer service experience Good way to meet people Generally chill vibe when you're not stressed Used to have team building events/ competitions

Desventajas

Leadership is just as lost as all other employees Training isn't the best Lots of pressure to do well and meet kpis Constant call taking Not a lot of time to take a breather Constantly shifting roster Low pay not worth the work Practically begging people to do overtime

Ventajas

It was good work and I put my 100% into working for this company

Desventajas

Wouldn't recommend anyone to work for them based on the bad experience that happen with them breaking bargaining contract and ruining my family's life. Wish I followed advice from there Google reviews before getting a job, they are spot on with how the owner runs it

Good people Work was well spreadout never really got busy or stressful Learnt a lot

Desventajas

Management was non existent and poor Career growth is very minimal, they do not factor in experience and loyalty to a company
