      Ventajas

      -You can work at anytime at your convenience -The compensation is very good -The variety of projects keeps you interested -Opportunities to be promoted to a reviewer and even hired internally if your quality is consistently good

      Desventajas

      -Communication is very minimal although I'm starting to see a shift in this area -Personalized Individual feedback is almost unheard off, although that can be understandable given the sheer number of workers and the business structure

      Ventajas

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Desventajas

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
