Ventajas
You learn what you are willing to or may not willing to. Can go to tea break whenever you want. Maggie is available anytime even 3:00 am as well when you are doing non paid overtime. I have mentioned every single pros.
Desventajas
On the name of flexible time you can come an hour late but you need too do two blind shifts throughout. If you got tired, you are out of your mind and ask to leave as you can’t work anymore for the day. They may ask you. You have to. Appraisals are for their favourites. If you want it just forget your family personal life be their pets and obey them. If you really got an opportunity just accept without bound. Work for an year, learn and leave. Management doesn’t have their personal life. Neither they care about yours. They are busy in launching so many products. But not even their single product till date is ready to use.
