Data4Life is a very modern company that empowered me on my career journey. I am able to create my own projects if they are in line with the overall vision. There are many opportunities to learn about the digital health landscape in Europe and how to create products and research solutions. Working with interdisciplinary teams from product, developers, researchers, and marketing is a very insightful working experience. Data4Life aims to make a meaningful contribution to health care which makes the projects I am working in very exciting. We have started projects in the field of Planetary Health to better understand the connection between human health and the negative effects that we impose on our planet. In one of our academic projects we use wearable devices of the rural population in Africa to measure the effects of heat stress on their health. Since the pandemic, I have been entirely remotely employed which works great for me. There are many benefits for employees such as coaching and education budgets. The company is LGBT and family-friendly and I really enjoy the helpful working atmosphere with my colleagues. I can really recommend to work at Data4Life.
Desventajas
Finding the best fit for a digital health company is tricky. Not everything around us is as digitalised as we would want it to be. However, with the pandemic, the sector got a huge boost and things are moving forward now much more quickly. Great time to be working in health care.
