Desventajas
This company recently downgraded all teachers to a base pay of $15 per hour, regardless of thier experience with the company, teaching experience, resume, or education. They promise to give a $2 subsidy for the first 3 months of the salary drop and "to support teachers during COVID", but then say it will continue at $15. Before there were teachers being paid as high as $25, so many teachers experienced a large drop in salary. My best guess is that many people are looking for online work during the lockdown, so DaDa decided they can afford to lose any teachers complaining of their salary being cut.
