Late finishes No lunch breaks Rubbish pay after you deduct your tax Charges are incredibly high Office politics Treated like a slave all for them to save some coin Bullying/harrasment They couldn’t care less about you. Change road speeds so you’re driving around like a lunatic and when you question this you get ignored. They try to make you liable for any costs. If there’s previous damage on your van make sure to keep proof of this or they will charge you!! New depot manager is only about saving costs, nothing else at all. Warehouse staff and shift managers doing 3 jobs in 1. No support whatsoever ever The most miserable place and the morale is at an all time low. Everybody wants to leave & are exhausted
