      Ventajas

      If your goal is to have a balanced work and life setup, this is a good company for you. Hindi mahigpit yung mga managers sa pag approved ng leave, most of the employees are very approaching, you won't feel left behind.

      Desventajas

      Mababa yung sweldo, well it's a given since it's a small company.

      Love my job. Laid back environment. Friendly Co-Workers. Annual Recognition.

      Commute can be tough on some days but worth it if you love your job!

      Ventajas

      Good co-workers here and overseas; no HR; everyone seems open. Go out to the bar with co-workers and swap stories. Flat structure in US (good and bad). CEO is brilliant and full of knowledge.You will learn lots.

      Desventajas

      Technology is very old. Most productions are outsourced to Philippines; russia; wherever. turnover rate (~20%); recent resignation of President. No real structure in US. Too much structure in Philippines. CEO has to be right. If not you might not get bonus.
