Ventajas

Some of the coworkers are genuine and collaborative, which helps reach a common goal.

Desventajas

A lot of the coworkers have an old-school mindset that inhibits growth in the company and promotes information hoarding. Onboarding is a nightmare, as well as training. There was more gossip going on, that cliques formed and created a difficult working environment because you never felt like part of the team

Unfortunately there are no pros to working for this company. It’s terribly ran.

Decisions often come from corporate scheduling templates, materials used, treatment protocols so dentists and staff have less say. Pressure to book heavily to maximize revenue. double-booking, shorter appointment times, and feeling constantly rushed. High staff turnover They tie bonuses to production and collections and set number so high it’s impossible to hit unless you are in an bigger office. Corporate policies over people Policies feel rigid—time-off requests, scheduling, or even how you interact with patients is dictated by corporate rules rather than what makes sense in the moment. Employees feel like just a number rather than a valued individual. They also do not appreciate employees.
