I genuinely don’t know where to begin with how disappointed I am — and I know I’m not the only one. You are made to feel as though you’re part of such an incredible team, like you have the chance to progress, and when you ask for feedback: “you’re doing absolutely amazing and we love you” — all to have it thrown back in your face because they want to hire people who fit their cliquey vibe. Even if you have all the availability, even if you pick up any and every shift for them, even if you run the floor alone during a rush, you just won’t be good enough if you’re not a favourite.
