Nothing is worth working IN DANGEROUS CONDITIONS. no pros.
Desventajas
No end time for shift, might work 8 or 12 hours, no work life balance. Management are idiots. Seen them run broken machinery and watched lots of injuries happen. They only want money money money. Don't care about employees.
