Ventajas
The pros are just the bare minimum you would expect from a job. A pay check. A second hand cubicle. A CEO that's checked out and management that holds no one accountable for their work, means you can just kinda skate by with minimal effort, so it's got that going for it. And if anyone ever notices you aren't pulling your weight, just blame someone else.
Desventajas
Management and the investment group wants to flip the company so they are constantly making short sighted decisions and making stupid mistakes. Everyone knows all the problems with the products, processes and employee moral. But if you bring up any suggestions for improvements or to fix obvious design flaws in the outdated technology you will be ignored, or worse told you are being negative and punished by management.
