One thing that's consistent at Cubic is everything changes every 6 months and they wonder why everything fulls behind. UK and NAM jobs are going to India Cubic only wants a small support group in these countries. Long ours for your are required to support India. India has a bad attitude towards people outside their country. All decisions are only to support short term goals. They have no 3 or 5 year plan they are willing to show the staff. India treated better then those in UK and NAM. Everyone is looking to find new jobs. Pattern of letting people go who have more then 10 years with the company. They like to hire cheap labor.
