** lack of product innovation, core products not updated to compete against competitors but use resources to develop high end and expensive products which may only work with long term planning and work. but company hopes to generate sales with high returns ** as we report to China, The management in China is thinking that their success can be replicate in the ASEAN market which they seriously lack in understanding the buying behaviors in the S.E.A especially for our kind of products. ** Management in Singapore is extremely weak and too young to understand market in S.E.A. Good in Sales maybe but bad in management, only a *YES* man to the China management. Only knows how to *steal* people's success and says it's his work despite only doing minimal work. Extreme MicroManagement but does not what he is doing.
