Limited growth opportunity for someone willing to grow.

Stable pay and generally predictable hours. I enjoyed the projects I worked on and the teams I worked with. I was able to take advantage of their learning and development benefit and obtain an important certification for my line of work. I felt supported by managers, HR and Help Desk to help me focus on the projects I was working on.

I received no bonus or merit pay increase. I had to renegotiate my pay after they pulled me back in from being laid off.
