Desventajas
While periods of change can naturally feel uncomfortable, and it’s not always easy to voice concerns, management is genuinely open to listening—right up to the CEO level. I encourage current employees to speak up and share their feedback. By doing so, we can work through challenges together and continue improving the experience for everyone.
