Ventajas
The people at CourseKey are amazing. Although the executive team is very young overall, they seem to be much more organized and focused on culture and innovation than other startups I've worked for! The product has some real sizzle, and is going to disrupt the EdTech industry! Also, there is an awesome ping pong table near the sales pit, things get competitive! Helps keep the momentum up on the sales side. Not to mention unlimited PTO. Best perk of working at CourseKey by far.
Desventajas
Not a large amount of "perks" outside of medical benefits etc. But I hear that's changing soon! Also, there are typical growing pains for any early stage startup, things are constantly changing. If that's not something you're comfortable with, this isn't the company for you.
