Upper management is terrible. CTO is a narcissist. Both owners couldn’t walk through their help desk team and name more than four employees only ones that have been at the job for 5+ years. You barely gain any IT experience. An absolute joke of a company, they promise you a raise (which you will never get). Its a glorified call center. Also they want everyone in office 5 days a week when there is legitimately no reason to be in that much If I can give you any better advice it’s absolutely run from this company the turnover rate is insanely high. Save yourself and look for a job where you can gain REAL experience and grow within the company. If all you want to do is answers phones and look at pictures this is the job for you. If you want money and experience I can promise you its a waste of your time and gas money.
