Sometimes needs to meet strict deadlines. But still achievable. The company is expanding very quickly and trying to scale globally, which may cause some changes in assignment and responsibilities.

A really fun place to work at. Relaxed atmosphere, good compensation, company is small but managed by a larger parent so often we are able to work at our own pace and set our own goals (for the most part). We have clubs for all sorts of things including board games, electronics, and even craft beer enthusiasts.

There have been some growing pains as we tried to integrate with our new parent company, including taking some larger contracts that we were not prepared for, resulting in missed deadlines and a lot of stress. These things will work out over time but it was tough for the developers who were getting blamed for falling behind on unrealistic schedules.
