Desventajas
Blew their budget on acquiring a CDP company with zero plans on execution. Never promoting from within. If you identify a gap in resourcing they will just hire from outside instead of giving an opportunity to those within the company. Verticalization has changed things for the worse. Conversations are much more siloed. Leadership has their head in the clouds. No understanding or comprehension of what goes on in the field. Lack of diversity. Company claims they are diverse because the team in India but the US team was/is 90% white folk. Clear favoritism for certain folks in getting promoted or opportunities to lead. HR violations from leadership that could not be reported due to fear of retaliation. Layoffs while hiring while waisting money on things like sponsoring a Women's soccer team that most people in the industry won't attend. Developing products for the sake of it instead of trying to meet a clients specific needs.
