Ventajas
Good hours, just like any construction job. If you are on the maintenance side, you will get your 40 hours. The benefits are decent compared to other contractor companies out there.
Desventajas
The only thing I have noticed is that they are not willing to send you to a different job site that is working more hours so you can get some overtime. If you are working only 40's and a job 20 minutes away is working 60s or more, they will not let or don't try to send you over there so you can achieve some overtime.
