Ventajas

Being able to work remotely if you are OK with maybe making $1,000 to $2,000 per month.

Desventajas

This company does a classic bait and switch on employees and advertises 70 to 120k per year in 1099 income when there are maybe a few reps in the whole company making that. When I resigned from this company after a few months, my manager reassigned my last two deals for himself, and I had to argue back-and-forth with Management to get paid my commissions on those deals. Shady and unethical company.

Success in any new business opportunity is directly tied to the effort you put in. We provide warm leads, all the necessary software, a dedicated company phone number, email address, personal web page (PWP), and complete onboarding and training. While some fully commit to achieving success, others make half-hearted efforts and give up too soon. This demonstrates a lack of full commitment. This is a full-time position, as advertised, not part-time. We ensure complete transparency through commission reports that outline the gross profit for each sale. In addition, we offer direct deposit every Friday for all completed sales.

I genuinely enjoyed my time working with both the Corporate office and the 1099 Sales Team. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported. I gained valuable knowledge about shipping containers and logistics—areas I hadn’t worked in before—and appreciated how willing others were to share their expertise. The learning curve was steep, but the support made it manageable and rewarding. One of the most impressive aspects of the company is its commitment to innovation. They’re constantly evolving, adopting the latest technologies to stay ahead in the industry. It’s exciting to be part of an organization that doesn’t settle for “good enough” and is always looking for ways to improve. Leadership is approachable and transparent. Managers genuinely care about your growth and are open to feedback. There’s room to take initiative and grow professionally if you’re proactive. Work-life balance was solid. Expectations were clear, and while the pace could be fast, it never felt overwhelming. The flexibility and understanding from leadership made a big difference. Overall, this is a company that values its people, embraces change, and supports professional development. I’m grateful for the experience and the relationships I built along the way.

Desventajas

As VP of Sales, balancing strategic planning with hands-on involvement can be demanding, especially when supporting both Corporate and 1099 teams.

Great coworkers, nothing else really

Desventajas

This is not a place where you can make money. On the job listing it says 80k-90k that's a complete lie, Their containers are the most expensive in the industry, you take 5-8 leads a day 90% of the leads are window shoppers. 30+ days for delivery in some cases. Don't waste your time!
